Lag BaOmer National Seniors Shabbaton! 🔥😊

This weekend we had a wonderful Shabbaton, with 40+ Chanichim and Madrichim and lots of great energy! We enjoyed fun Peulot, yummy food and the best BA Ruach 😊

On Saturday night, we had a fun bonfire with 80+ BA and Habo chanichim and their families! We sat around the fire with hot cocoa and yummy snacks :)

Israel Gap Year Talk with Aardvark Tours

On Sunday, we had the pleasure of hosting Simon, Admissions Director of the Aardvark Israel Program, who joined us all the way from Israel to speak about gap year opportunities.

Simon introduced the six different tracks offered by the program, giving a clear and practical overview of what each one includes, from volunteering and internships to academic experiences and opportunities to travel throughout Israel. He also spoke about the unique balance the program creates between independence and support, something many participants are looking for in a meaningful Shnat experience.

Beyond the technical details, the conversation opened up bigger questions about what it means to spend an extended period in Israel, how a gap year can shape identity, and how young adults can make thoughtful choices about their next step after high school.

It was a valuable opportunity for both teens and parents to ask questions, hear honest insights, and start thinking more seriously about what their own Shnat could look like.
